Penny War - We will be a part of a Civic Engagement project this fall. There will be a Penny War during Homecoming week, Sept. 30-Oct. 4. Money raised will provide Valley Transit bus passes for a community member in need of public transportation. Our goal will be $500 with the all-school prize of some extra recess time (4K included). More to come yet this week.

Restorative Respect (Review)
Be on the lookout this week for 3 opportunities to have a teachable moment with a student where they could have used a Respect skill they’ve learned to avoid a problem or handle a situation better. Spend a few minutes working together to talk through the skill and why it might have been helpful to them.
