Win the week! - As we head into parent-teacher conferences and the final stretch before spring break, let's focus on winning the week by celebrating students' growth, connecting with families, and continuing to show up each day with our inner-battery filled. Remember to lean on one another if you need a boost. 😎 And next week...Rest, recharge, and refuel. You've earned it!

Mystery Person Prize (Recognize)
Each day this week, choose 1 student to observe how well they demonstrate the Cooperation skills you are working on. Let the class know that you will be watching 1 specific student to practice Cooperation skills each day, but you won’t tell them who you are watching. If you catch them practicing Cooperation well, the whole class will be rewarded with something at the end of the day that is Cooperation-focused, like a game or a puzzle.
Collaborative Corrections (Review)
Select 1 student with whom you are having behavioral challenges and protect time to collaborate on a plan with the student and/or their family. Ask questions like, “What ideas do you have for a plan that works for you and others in the class?” or, “I have some ideas on how we can do better tomorrow and the next day. Are you interested in hearing them and telling me what you think is best?”
